If you are simply looking for basic information to aid in the process of providing quotes as an agent/broker, we also have an affordable solution in our VIN Basic solution and optionally available add-on tables. Typical information required varies slightly but usually includes some of the following available fields:

Year, Make, Model, Trim, Doors, Vehicle Type, Transmission, Engine, Drivetype

Using our data this is a simple process. You will be able to build out drop down lists either on your web forms, or within your custom applications at the representative level that only display relevant information. For example, after selecting Year, Make, Model, only the trims available for that vehicle would be displayed as you define preset queries. From this point onwards you may elect to use one of our pre-compiled fields to present a drop down list that will clearly identify the vehicle and fill in the rest of the fields or if there are more options available for vehicle type, transmission, engine and drivetype they will be available to select.

If you require the entry of VIN number for your web form, this process can be reduced in many cases to a simple selection from a single drop down list.
