DMS Polling iMarketAuto™ Pricing Intelligence

A 5-day trial of this service is available. During this trial period we will not pull inventory out of your Reynolds & Reynolds or ADP system. However our setup system is capable of pulling your entire inventory from AutoTrader to populate the trial account.

Once a dealer goes live the service begins to poll your DMS on a nightly basis. The benefits to this are:

  • We are able to quickly capture recently acquired vehicles and scan these against all your competitors within 50 miles.
  • We are able to quickly remove sold vehicles from this service which are pointless to continue including in the daily email reports.
  • You get a separate daily email that notifies you of the vehicles that have entered and been removed from your inventory.

Once this regular DMS polling is running it is a short step to upgrade your account to full inventory management, window stickers and online inventory distribution and all setup fees are waived because the polling is already configured.

Of course you can always manually add vehicles into Pricing Intelligence and run an ad-hoc scan. Use this for trade-ins that you are considering purchasing to see what real-time market conditions are like.

The old way of listing used vehicles on the Internet was to hire an outside company and they would take pictures, print window stickers and then they would send the vehicles off to all the online malls we do business with. All that sounds good but the problem was they would only show up once a week (if we were lucky), having over 350 used vehicles in stock means sold vehicles would stay on the net way too long.
