From your account settings, choose between the following distribution methods:

1. Email attachment. You can enter one or more email addresses here. The attached inventory file and zipped photos will be sent to this distribution audience.
2. FTP drop. You can enter an FTP address, username, password and folder name. The inventory file and zipped photos will be placed on this FTP server in the designated folder.

Once Inventory Extractor is run for a specific dealership delivery of the data is made within about 10 minutes. However this could take longer if there are many vehicles and especially if there are multiple photos for these vehicles.

We highly recommend photos that are 150k or less in order to expedite delivery. Additionally some FTP servers have limits pertaining to the size of received files. Please ensure that your FTP server can handle a single, zipped file approximately the size of 150k times the number of photos the dealer may have.
