After your request is submitted the Inventory Extractor process goes to work. Inventory Extractor is optimized to work with both small and larger inventories. While the actual proprietary technology used to collect data may only take a few moments, the process of sending or distributing the inventory can take longer, especially if there are a lot of large photos.

Typically the process of obtaining data will take anywhere from 5-25 minutes, perhaps a bit longer for extremely large inventories.

You can help this process along by ensuring that, if we are sending data in email attachment form, that your email server can receive large attachments. If the data is being placed on your FTP server you can check to make sure that your FTP server has enough bandwidth available to make the transfer happen fast.
